A couple of days in bed and Michelle's on the move again! She is moving slower though, and I can see she is uncomfortable. She is hoping to make it out of town for her sweet Nephew's birthday this weekend. Praying for safe travels and some reduction in the pain.

This is a blog for my amazing friend Michelle Way who is fighting the battle of a lifetime. Michelle has Wilson's disease, a debilitating genetic disease that affects the body's ability to process copper. Overtime internal organs can become damaged, and in Michelle's case her liver is failing. Michelle was officially placed on the transplant list in November 2008; and after a long wait finally received a live-donor transplant on February 16th, 2010!
